Schoolies for Jesus is happening at:

NRMA Darlington Beach Holiday Resort
Site 104/134 Eggins Dr, Arrawarra NSW 2456
Just 20 minutes north of Coffs Harbour.

You are responsible for getting your own way to Schoolies For Jesus.

But getting there is easy — road trip, train, bus, or fly.

Closer to the event, we’ll share full details about shuttle buses from the airport and train station.

There’s plenty of on-site parking available too.

The dates for Schoolies for Jesus are 30th November 2026 - 7th December 2026.

We love giving you the freedom and independence to eat what you want, when you want – and there are heaps of flexible options to fit your style and budget.

1. On-Site Café & Restaurant

The resort has its own café/restaurant open throughout the day with meals, snacks, drinks, and coffee. They’re even creating a special Schoolies for Jesus menu just for you.

2. Cook Your Own Food

Want to DIY your meals? Easy.

There is a Woolworths supermarket 10 minutes away, making it simple to stock up on groceries.

You can then cook your own meals using:

• Villa kitchens (for villa guests)

• Camp kitchen facilities (for campers)

• BBQ stations around the resort

• Your own camping cook gear (BYO)
  
  

3. Food Trucks

We’re bringing in some incredible food trucks during the week! More details will drop closer to the getaway so you can plan your eats.

4. Community Food Moments

Think brekki burgers on the beach, pancakes and chai, fruit boxes… little surprise moments throughout the week designed to bless you and bring everyone together. More info coming soon!

5. Local Cafés & Restaurants

There are plenty of great local spots nearby if you want to explore or grab takeaway.

This is a drug-free, alcohol-free, vape-free event – not to restrict you, but to protect the freedom, joy, and encounter God wants for you this week.

We believe God’s way is better, and creating a safe environment helps you experience the fullness of what He has for you.

Do NOT bring:

• Alcohol

• Illegal drugs or substances

• Vapes, cigarettes, or tobacco products

• Weapons, fireworks or anything dangerous

Do NOT engage in:

• Bullying, harassment, intimidation, disrespect, physical fights, or aggressive behaviour

• Damaging or misusing personal or resort property or facilities 

If someone brings these items or engages in these behaviours, they may be asked to leave the event for the safety and wellbeing of everyone (with no refund).

We also ask that you keep in mind that you’ll be in a shared environment with people of different faith-backgrounds and both sexes. Out of respect for one another, we encourage modest, non-provocative clothing. Let’s honour each other in the way we show up.

We’ve created this space so you can be fully present, fully alive, and fully open to everything Jesus wants to do in your life.

We are booking out the whole resort just for you.

Securing your spot for Schoolies for Jesus is simple:

1. PAY YOUR DEPOSIT ONLINE
   
   Choose your accommodation option and pay your deposit to lock in your place. This guarantees your villa or campsite + getaway ticket.
   
   
   

2. COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION FORM
   
   After your deposit is received, you’ll get an email with a personal registration form.
   
   Everyone attending must complete this form – it enables your access to the getaway and helps us organise accommodation, safety info, dietary needs, and all the fun details for the week.
   
   If you are booking as a group – everyone in your group needs to fill out the registration form and agree to the terms and conditions.
   
   
   

3. PAY REMAINING BALANCE
   
   The remaining cost will be due before September 1st 2026 via direct bank transfer. We’ll send reminders and payment details well in advance.

We’ve got heaps of great accommodation options to match your vibe, budget, and level of adventure – from comfy villas to classic camping under the stars.

Some options are limited, so jump in early to lock in your dream villa or campsite!

To keep this week healthy, safe, and honouring, females and males won’t be sharing bedrooms or tents. We want God’s best for you in every part of this adventure.

Coming solo? No worries. Single tickets will be placed in female-only or male-only villas/sites. You might arrive on your own… but our prayer is that you leave with lifelong friends.

We’ll also host fun connection moments on the first day so anyone coming solo can meet others, make friends quickly, and find their people.

Coming as a group? Amazing! Choose the villa or campsite you want to stay in together. If your group is booking multiple villas or sites, just mention in the booking form comments (when adding to cart) that you’d like to be placed close to each other.

You’ll book together, but complete your registration forms separately once they’re emailed to you.

Encountering Jesus – Moments to worship, reflect, encounter God, explore His Word and experience His presence.

Making new friends & lifelong memories – Connect with people from across Australia who want to follow Jesus too. Community helps us stay connected, encouraged, and strong in our faith.

Fun & Adventure – A beautiful private beach surrounded by stunning nature, with access to:

• Resort pools & waterslides

• Waterpark

• Golf course

• Beach volleyball

• Tennis

• Basketball

• And heaps of fun activities

Free time to chill – Relax by the pool, go for walks, have a swim or surf, soak in the sun, play cards/boardgames, take a nap, have a picnic, journal, chat, jam, create, and so much more. This week has space to breathe.

Nightly worship festival – Come together to worship Jesus, dive into His Word, and receive what He has for you. 

Workshops to equip & strengthen your faith – Practical and inspiring sessions that help you grow as a disciple, dream big, discover your calling, live on mission, and step boldly and confidently into your future with Jesus.

Care & Support – We’re here for you. There will be mentors, prayer tents, and lots of support throughout the whole week for you to engage with when you need.

Celebration – We’re celebrating you, celebrating God, and celebrating the future He has prepared. Joy, restoration, and freedom happen when we lean into the Father’s celebration.

Surprises of God’s goodness all throughout the week – He is so present, personal and generous with His kids.

Schoolies for Jesus is for all 2026 graduates! If you are in this year group, but left school earlier, you’re of course welcome to join too.

We’ve booked out the entire beach resort exclusively for this event – just for you and your friends!

Our amazing team of leaders and volunteers will be there to make sure your experience is safe, fun, and unforgettable. Every leader will have a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), references, and training to support you throughout the week.

We want you to book in quick so you don’t miss out. But we understand you may want to change accommodation style or groups or things come up.

You only pay the deposit to book. 

If you change your mind, you can receive a full refund of your deposit within 30 days of booking, if it is before April 3rd 2026.

After this date we cannot offer a refund but you can transfer your booking to a friend (we will need to be notified and they will need to complete the registration form + complete payment).

If you do need to cancel your booking, please contact us so we can offer spots to those who may be on a waiting list.
