Our Vision
Schoolies for Jesus exists to lead a generation out of the destructive patterns of culture and into the presence, purpose, and freedom of Jesus. We believe Year 12 graduates deserve a celebration that is life-giving, joy-filled, and spiritually catalytic – a moment that marks them not with regret, but with calling.
Schoolies for Jesus in 2026 is a pilot for what we believe could be a nation-wide movement of redeeming school-leavers from alcohol-fuelled celebration to Jesus, discovering God’s way is better… from Rottnest Island to the Gold Coast.
Our Mission
To create a Christ-centred Schoolies experience that unites youth ministries across Australia, champions the next generation, and forms lifelong disciples before, during, and after the getaway.
Our heart is to father and mother this next generation into maturity in Christ – helping them step confidently into their true identity as God’s sons and daughters.
Our Why
Year after year, we see it – the regret, heartbreak, hopelessness and emptiness that so often follows a typical Schoolies week. What’s marketed as “freedom” leaves countless young people feeling more lost, more pressured, and more confused than ever. Our next generation is carrying unprecedented cultural weight: identity confusion, anxiety, isolation, and the pressure to conform.
But we also see a generation rising up… young people hungry for more, for truth, for purpose, for a better way…
And the good news is: God’s way is better.
Life in Jesus is the only life that truly satisfies. We were created to know Him, walk with Him, and live out the good works He prepared for us.
This is why Schoolies for Jesus Getaway exists.
We’re here to pull young people from burning in the pressures and patterns of this world to burning with passion, purpose, and purity for Jesus.
Statistics show ages 17–21 are when many abandon their faith. We’re believing for the opposite – a generation ignited to live fully alive and all-in for Jesus.
What is Schoolies For Jesus
Schoolies for Jesus is a week-long, Christ-centred celebration where fun meets formation and encounter leads to transformation – an epic, joy-filled alternative for school leavers to celebrate, connect, and grow in their faith.
All in the safety and luxe of a beach-front holiday resort, where Year 12 graduates can:

Seek God and grow in your relationship with Him
Discover true freedom, identity, joy and peace in Christ
Form faith-filled friendships that strengthen their walk
Be equipped for life with Jesus and His mission
Every moment – the fun, worship, rest, adventure, celebration, equipping, food, truth, nature, community – is intentionally designed to help young people taste and see that the Lord is good.
